Biography

• Born in India and brought up in England and Germany Sameera's background is culturally diverse. Her mother was a renowned singer and Sitar player who ensured Sameera received an excellent musical education.
• Appeared in local choirs and festivals arranged by school
• Trained by Kumar Saswat in classical Indian music in the Kheyaal style and learning Raags.
• Performed at outdoor Melas and various cultural shows such as Diwali, Dinner and Dance, Religious Events in Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham and other major cities since 1991.
• Regular performances at a variety of private and public shows including ladies Mehndi and Sangeet events.
